Brittany Murphy autopsy report: The first results of the autopsy of Brittany Murphy in the coroner’s office in Los Angeles have been released officially. However, the toxicology reports are still pending.
Brittany Murphy’s autopsy report has revealed very little about her sudden and unfrotunate death. The coroner’s office did say thata large quantity of prescription drugs were found in Murphy’s house.

In what seems like a grim reminder of the death of another young Hollywood star, Heath Ledger, officials said a wide range of prescription drugs were found in the home of Brittany Murphy and her husband, Simon Monjack.Some recipes include medications for anxiety, depression, a potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory pills.
Among the drugs found in the scene with Murphy’s name on them were: TOPAMAX (anti-crisis, but also prevents migraines), methylprednisolone (anti), fluoxetine (MED depression), anxiety Klonopin (MED), carbamazepine (MED diabetes and bipolar Ativan) , anxiety (MED), Vicoprofen (painkiller), Biaxin (antibiotic), hydrocodone (pain MED) and propranolol (high blood pressure and prevents heart attacks). Murphy, died after suffering a full cardiac arrest, but the underlying cause is still unknown.
The reports of the Office of the investigator, in Los Angeles as “containers of alcohol, drugs or injecting equipment found in Murphy’s house. The autopsy report also states that no signs of trauma, and noted that the weight of the actress seemed to be “normal” and not too low.

According to information gathered by researchers on the death of Brittany Murphy, the 32-year-old actor was “complaining of shortness of breath and abdominal pain broken” for 7 to 10 days before her death. There was also vomiting in the morning of her death. Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, said his wife recently saw a doctor for laryngitis and was “very tired” often. Murphy had also been treated in the past for low levels of sugar in the blood and her mother, Sharon Murphy, told paramedics that her daughter has diabetes.

After the death of Brittany Murphy, is this another case of Heath Ledger-esque over-prescription of drugs, leading to a tragic overdose? Or was her death just due to natural causes? Toxicology reports could answer this question, but could take several weeks to arrive.
